I have a question: When you are 8 weeks pregnant and the doctor is not able to hear the baby heart beat through the ultrasound and your hormone levels are dropping does that mean you are having a miscarriage.

Did your doctor do vaginal or on the belly? If it was vaginal, you should see a HB. Unless your ovulated later then you thought you did. In that case you wouldn't be 8 weeks but less. I am not an expert so I could be wrong be this is just my understanding from what I have read. I know everyone is different though and every baby develops differently. What did your doctor say?

My question is this wiil be my 4th pregnancy. I have a 13yr old. I have had 2 missicariges. one with a D.C. I have been in peri menopose for 10 years I have not had a period in over a month. I am having pregnancy systoms. is it pregnancy or menopose?

Sweetie I am so sorry but in this case I would have to say YES... If you DONT hear a heartbeat and your levels are DROPPING then there is a great chance that you are actually having a MC. Your baby heartbeat begins at 5.5 weeks. And if your levels are going DOWN then that is also a indication. I am so sorry
