    Its just the normal start to pregnancy. light to mild cramping is normal and so is some spotting. If it continues or gets worse call your Dr.

    I've read on numerous sites that this is normal but never be afraid to pay your OB a visit especially if you are worried. If nothing else, they can hopefully put your mind at ease!
