My DD just turned 1 and I still have a bit of issues with sneezing or coughing several times in a row. I've been doing Kegels whenever I remember, and it has gotten better.. but now that I'm pregnant with #2, I'm pretty careful whenever I feel a sneeze coming on, haha.

I am only 12 weeks along and am having problems with this! I have been drinking a lot of water and it seems like I have to go ALL THE TIME. I waited too long at work the other day and I leaked urine on my undies. I thought I would have problems with this until later...I started doing kegals yesterday and will continue for sure!
