    I can't tell if you're pregnant or not. I would take a pregnancy test and see what it says. If it's negative, then you're probably just having some spotting before your actual period, or maybe your period is coming early.

    Some people don't always have pain when bleeding. Are you bleeding a lot? You should take a pregnancy test to be sure.
