Take it easy by not lifting anything heavy and napping any time you can when you're tired. Trust me when I say that sleep is luxury you lose when your baby is born. Eat healthily, treat yourself when you can and just generally try to maintain a happy state of mind.
It's hard not to worry about the unknown, but I hope that knowing you have mothers on these boards ready to answer your questions will keep you relaxed and calm!

Im 6 weeks now and Im wondering about sex.... we had an inexplicable miscarriage last year at about 6 weeks and we were not having sex at all. So far everything is normal this time around and sex is something Ive been avoiding out of paranoia. Is is safe this early??? Thanks ladies!
