Overweight women should not try to lose weight while pregnant; but be careful not to gain more weight than recommended. Consume a low-fat protein, like grilled chicken or turkey; whole wheat breads or grains; light dairy, such as skim milk; and fruits and vegetables at each meal. You can have healthy small meal which includes a grilled chicken whole wheat wrap filled with low-fat cheese and veggies, such as carrots, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and peppers.Have a healthy pregnancy.
