Juice out hunger

Because I can't eat all the suggested fruits and vegetables daily I juice them. That takes the hunger away and I eat a meal about 8pm. It lasts aabout 5 hours until I'm hungary again. I did experience being hungry every 2 hours. I have water, orange juice, milk, cereal at work to help me. I don't really have an appetite for junk food right now. But what I'm finding that helps is juicing the fruits and vegetables, not only am I getting full but its healthy and I feel good about it.
