Hello. Has anyone used Lovenox prior to conception? My doctor first recommended to use Lovenox a week prior to when trying to conceive. Later he changed and said to come into the office when I get a positive pregnancy result. Isn't it too late to start Lovenox if I am already pregnant?
Some background. After 2 miscarriages, I was tested and found out I am heterozygous for all of the following mutations.
    MTHFR
    Factor V Leiden
    Factor II

I am on Folbic (Folic Acid, B6 and B12) as well as Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU daily).

My husband is Homozygous for MTHFR and Heterozygous for Factor V Leiden. Negative on Factor II.

    Thank you in advance.
