Why is it so hard for me the get pregnant?? I get pregnant one time and that was a ectopic pregnancy

If you are 35 years or less and have been trying for a year or if you are older than 35 years and have been trying for 6 months then you need to see a fertility doctor. The doctor might be able to figure out what is the problem.
