Can not Sleep 20 Weeks Pregnant
Jaslyn1988 posted:
Hello I am a 24 year old female that is 20 weeks pregnant. I can not sleep at night during the day by myself or cuddled up. I tried going to sleep on an empty bladder and full tummy. I do not know what else to do. I would love to be able to sleep. I would love natural ways to like herbs or something like that then medications. If anyone could help me with this I would love to hear any suggestions. I will try all of them just to see which ones work better. If none of them do not work I may have to resort to medication which I do not wish to do.
