    IUD/Mirena and conception
    katelynrushing posted:
I've had my Mirena in for about two years now and my husband and I are starting to think about trying for a baby. I plan to have my IUD removed in December and understand that it can take up to four months (maybe longer) to conceive. I would like to hear from other women who were using an IUD before conceiving - did you have any problems conceiving, how long did it take you, and any additional advice would be appreciated.

I'm 27, and have always had pretty regular cycles.

    Thank you for your help!
