    TMI- Question about underwear
    ReneeErin posted:
OK so I have had trouble with my underwear.... The thick portion of my normal underwear is suddenly in the wrong place- too far back.. Does buying maternity underwear solve this problem??
    mommyof3kiddos responded:
I bought Hanes bikini undies in a size bigger. Those work out great because they sit just under my belly without digging in. If you do want to buy maternity panties Old Navy's are great but not cheap.
    LauraS1229 responded:
I just had to go and buy a size bigger in regular underwear yesterday-- couldn't keep mine from riding up either. I'm 21weeks and the butt is getting bigger already! It did this with DD1 too, and got smaller again after she was born... I don't know about maternity underwear, but regular underwear a size bigger does the trick for me. Hope this helps!
    mtlmayhem responded:
For more coverage and less "flossing", I would HIGHLY recommend hanes boy short undies- for me, it is THE most comfortable undies out there...:-D
    mommyof3kiddos replied to mtlmayhem's response:
Those are really comfy! I agree less flossing required.

I love, love GAP boy shorts. They just had a huge sale and all their undies we're a $1.99. I was able to get a few extra pairs...and I got my black granny pannies for after delivery. I'm not a huge fan of the mesh undies the hospital supplies.

    tdub089 replied to figgie0905's response:

    LauraS1229 replied to Jennax907's response:
LOL--the mesh undies from the hospital make me laugh! I'd forgotten about those. Thanks for a good smile. Now I have those to look forward to, or I can buy a BIG pair of undies!
    orin34 replied to figgie0905's response:
I got the motherhood maternity ones too. They are super comfy..... but be warned, they are classic 'granny panties'
    williamswifey responded:
I have a bunch of Victoria Secret cotton boyshorts that I bought a size up from what I usually wear. Pretty much the boy short cut in all of the underwear I buy seems to prevent the riding. I think it's the low legs but I could be wrong. lol
