it all depends on if it flows well with your last name, but my first little girls middle name is Michelle, so I thought maybe... Cara Michelle, or even Cara Lynn... that's my middle name :P there's also Cara Ann, or even Cara Marie. good luck on choosing your little one's middle name :) ps. do you have any advice on other names?? my little girls name is Alexandria Michelle and i'm due with her little sister on may 25th but we can't agree on a name. any ideas??
