Hi ladies _ new to exchange

Hi! I'm 12 weeks but thought I would move on up. I found out several weeks ago I'm expecting twins...again. I already have a fraternal set of twins. This time I'm having identical twins. At first I thought time was moving so slow but it seems to be going pretty quick. Officially I have 198 days left but it's more like 168 when you knock out the last four weeks. I've been on here with my other pregnancies but usually skip most of the first tri exchange. I don't go back to the doctor for another couple of weeks and then we should be setting up my next ultrasound. Hopefully then we'll find out if it's two boys or two girls.

I'm due in December but I'll have the babies sometime in November. My obgyn said 36-37 weeks for my c/s. I have a boy and four girls. That's why we're hoping for boys this go around.

I don't know why but I have thought this whole pregnancy that I might be having twins. I don't go for my u/s until June 19th so I guess we will know for sure then. Did you know you were having twins before your 18 - 20 week u/s when you had your first set? I'm guessing the did the early u/s this time to check for twins since you have already had a set of twins. Just curious if your doctor suspected twins the first time around because I haven't come right out and asked but she hasn't said anything about the possibility of it either and I didn't know if there were maybe signs early on that an ob/gyn would notice. I just have this really strong feeling that there is more than one baby this time around! Thanks for your input and congrats again!

This time I elected to have an ultrasound at 6wks and we found out. I think it's awesome having a big family. The kids are excited. DS will be a bit upset of they're girls though. He wants boys.

Now that I am finally preggo with #2 (or #s 2 and 3) I have been visiting the pregnancy boards. I did hop over to the parenting boards a few times but I don't really see any familar names. It is really nice to "see" you again!

Like I said before I just have this really strong feeling, I am MUCH bigger than I was at this point with DD and I am feeling allot of movement already, it started a couple of weeks ago and has gotten stronger and stronger and more and more frequent. DH feels like it's twins too which I find really interesting so I guess we will see on the 19th.

I bet your DS is hoping for boys this time. I can't say I blame him 6 sisters is allot for any brother to deal with LOL. I will keep my fingers crossed for him!
