has anyone had intense itching, especially in your legs and torso? I have and it is really annoying. I tried aloe vera and I put tons of lotion. But, I am still itching. Also, this is kind of embarassing question. Have any of you had itching in your genital area? Just wondering because this is where the itching is very intense and I know that the heat (temperatures here are 100) makes it worse. Just wanted to know if any of you have any tips for controlling or relieving the itching. I don't ahve any type of infections because my doctor checked me for that. Thank you adn sorry for the personal nature of the 2nd quesion.

I do have some too on my belly only tho . It's not intense but really annoying . I alternate between just an unscented moisturizer and my coco butter lotion and let it air dry before I put my shirt back down or it starts all over ! I would talk to your doc first but I know hydrocortisone cream can be used when it's really bad but only for short periods of time . You could alwys try an OTC oatmeal bath too . As far as the itching below if you already know you don't have any infections it's prob just all the factors adding up - the heat , excess sweating and increased discharge from pregnancy - my only advice would be to wear cotton underwear and make sure your clothing is loose fitting . HTH let us know how ya make out hope it gets better !

I've been having itchy skin too, mostly my back though. I've been using an oatmeal lotion to help with the itching. Oatmeal is supposed to be really good for itching, it's one of those old home remedies. It worked really well for my cousins when they had chicken pox.
