    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I was in this community not too long ago. I have an 8 year old, an 8 month old and I am now 16 week pregnant. I am not at all happy with being pregant again. My husband is stressing me out so much along with mt kids and changig body. I don't get much time to go for walks anymore, so my stress levels are through the roof. What are the effects that such a large amount of stress can do to the unborn baby?

I'm sorry to hear you're so stressed. I'm not sure how it affects the baby...I can only speculate and the thought is very concerning.

If walking alleviates your stress, I would make every possible effort to find time. Some people wouldn't know where to begin to alleviate their stress. So, it seems you may have an advantage.

An 8 year old and an 8 month old and being sounds stressful, but you can handle it! I'm a firm believer that God doesn't put more on us than we can bear.

Do you have family and friends you can talk to? Other ideas: you can call the church or other national prayer lines for prayer, if you work, your job may have an employee assistance line that will provide someone for your to talk to, traditional therapy, you can check to see if there is a Pregnancy Resource Center in your area...they help those who are dealing with an unplanned pregnancy.

I wish you all the best and I pray the stress will lift immediately!
