I'm 16 weeks into my first pregnancy (well thats made it this far) and while I'm sleeping I am apparently rolling onto my stomach, because when I wake up I am almost always laying on my belly. I do my best to sleep on my left side, I actually am sleeping with a pillow behind me (when my DH isn't curled up there) and with a pillow between my legs, but I'm still rolling onto my belly. Is this going to cause damage? Should I start sleeping on the couch or in a recliner?
