Tips for Tuesday - DON'T FORGET YOUR FEET! :-D
Amelia_WebMD_Staff posted:
Have you asked your feet how they feel lately? Do they feel like they have changed shape and become someone else? Read Pregnant Women Put Fashion Before Foot Health to gain knowledge and tips on how to relieve your feet, ankles, calves, and even knees.

According to The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists in the U.K., "70% of pregnant women suffer from foot problems like swollen ankles (37%), swollen feet (45%), and arch and heel pain (16%)." Unfortunately, many of these sufferers are not helping their footsies by wearing the latest trendy heals and other non-supportive footwear. "Podiatrists are urging women to wear supportive, wide-fitting shoes to stay comfortable and avoid long-term damage."

After checking out the article, please share your stories on what has helped you find foot relief. Maybe you will help another mother find some relaxation and relief at the end of her day! :-D
Best Wishes!
