I was starting to notice some swelling in my legs/ankles so I asked my doctor and she suggested Preggers compression stockings. They have made my legs feel so much better, I thought I would share for any other momma-to-be out there suffering from swelling.

I was swollen most of my last pregnancy with my DD. I contributed it to the summer heat since she's an August baby. I was miserable. Those stockings helped at home, but I couldnt stand to go out in 100 degree heat with those things on.
Im noticing a little swelling with this pregnancy. Not too bothersome yet.

I have swelling and soreness in my hands and arms...any suggestions for that?
My hands and arms sometimes get numb in the middle of the night.
