    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Now that you have had twelve or so days to get to know the new exchanges-let me know what else we can do to help make them better.

We darkened the font. We definitely know you want emoticons and signatures back. We know you want more discussions on a page and easier navigation.(What does that look like to you?) But-what else might help you really love exchanges?

Tell me in as much detail as you can what things still trip you up, what changes you want to see made. (Navigation changes? Which ones? Too much white space? Not enough? Better search?)

I really want and need your ideas. I am making a list and checking it twice-so we can work on getting rid of the naughty and make it nice.

I can't promise anything other than the fact that you will be heard. I want you to know YOU, each of you, is important to us.

If there is anything you don't know how to do yet and it isn't in the Exchange FAQ -let me know that too. I am here to help.

Can you either make the default settting to each person's page the "see all discussions" or allow people to change that setting? When I go to the page, I don't want to see replies first to posts I haven't read. I want to see the original discussions and scroll to see the responses.

Also, is there a way for the post to show that you've already read it and all responses to it? I think that would help since the page is so busy. Sometimes the posts look the same, but they're not. Make sense?

I also agree with the prev responce as well as maybe have a button that goes back to all the discussions, once i go into one discussion i have to go back to my favorites and click on the second trimester board to come back to the others again. Also having the replys as replys and showing the actual post first.
    Thanks so much!!

Makes sense! Added to the list! Thank you.

Thank you Amirah! I have shared your comments as well.

I've posted before about wanting a spell check feature back, so I won't comment on that again.

I would like to add that the My Discussions Watchlist isn't working for me. I've tried watching six or seven discussions (one having over three pages worth of responses) and its not showing up that I've got new posts to read.
    Louise_WebMD_Staff replied to jle09's response:
Do you come back to the board before the watchlist is sent out? That could be the thing that is going on. I am sorry. We are trying to get the watchlist ironed out.
