need some advice

This morning when I woke up I have just felt really bad sever back pain and abdominal pain and when I stand up to walk there is alot of pressure down low. I am now 37 weeks and I am not really having alot of contractions in front but have been having alot of indigestion the baby has already turned and dropped just not sure weather to go and get checked or wait till my doctors appointment on tuesday but just dont feel good. Any suggestions??

I would wait it out. Unless your water breaks or you have bloody show.

I have already lost my plug last week already took a pain pill that the doctor perscribed me but it didnt help at all.

I lost my plug 3 weeks ago, and have been sent to L&D 4 times by my dr. I was told a week ago that I was in early labor but not dialating. If you really want to head on over to L&D, but it is very annoying to get sent home. The last time I was in the dr said that unless my water broke or I was dialted to at least 4 cm and contracting at regular intervals they weren't going to do anything to help me out and I'm 39 weeks. I've been taking norco for the last 4 days and that is stronger than the percocet that you were given. Unless the baby is in distress they won't do anything.

When I was in L&D last wends, the house OB recomended I set up a kiddy pool in the kitchen and float in it filled with warm water to releave some of the cramping, pain and pressure. I'm in Missouri where we are in the middle of an extended excessive heat wave and I have a small bathtub so soaking in there really wasn't an option. With temperatures over a 100 degrees and humidity at 80% they did not recomend going outside to a real pool. The long soaks have helped. I also stay in bed the rest of the time to keep the pressure off of my back and down below.
