For some women it doesn't come in until after the baby is born. Also, what usually comes in first isn't actually milk, it's colostrum (I think that's how it's spelled). While it isn't milk, it's still important as it's rich in antibiotics.

Breastmilk doesn't come in usually until about 2-5 days after the birth, but you will have colostrum to feed your baby. The doctor told me that it takes longer for your milk to come in after a c-section. The colostrum will be plenty for your baby though.
