So yesterday I really wasn't feeling good, just achy, upset stomach, a few contractions. Then early evening I had what felt like horrible menstral cramps, which right around bedtime became steady contractions, every seven to ten minutes. I really thought we would be going to the hospital sometime in the night. So I laid down thinking I would get a little rest, and woke up around two, and they were gone. This has been going on for the past three weeks. The contractions intensify and we think something is going to happen and then they just disappear. SInce I got up this morning my contractions have been steady, every ten to fifteen minutes apart, so maybe today! I am so ready to meet this new little guy. I guess they are doing their job though, because at my last d/a I was 4 cm dilated, so maybe when it is actual labor it won't take long.
