Has anyone had sucess from using black or blue cohash?
DixieBrandon posted:
Ok so I haven't saw anything about this for a while, but I want all the opinions I can get. I am not far enough yet but I am super curious. This is my 4th pregnancy and I am wanting to have him and be done. I am ready to not be pregnant anymore. I have heard so much about these different cohashes just haven't heard much about using it. I would like to hear from experts too if possible. Im not sure how to ask them. I have called an herbal specialist and they say as far as they know it is safe to take and has a high % of starting labor. I am going to try this if others have had no problems. I know you are your own person, but if it worked for others, it may work for me. Any comments???
