OK guys, I would sure like to know how everyone gets comfortable. At night, I do ok other than its a pain in the butt trying to get out of bed to pee and heartburn is horable. During the day however, I can't seem to find a comfortable possion. My lower back is always aching no matter the way I sit or stand. When I try to lay day, I have horable heartburn that requires tums mutiple times. I've been having a few contractions the last few days getting a little stronger today. What does everyone do to be able to relax?

I have been having issues getting comfortable as well. I have found that if I have been sitting for a long period of time, taking a short walk or just standing and stretching helps me to be able to relax when I sit back down. another option is to lean to one side or the other to almost a laying down position. keeping my legs up under or in front of me have also helped. My biggest issue with getting comfy is where the baby sits and cuts off blood supply and causes me to get dizzy. These tips may not work for you, but hopefully you do find some relief. I do know others who sit with pillows behind them for more back support or with their legs propped up to reduce swelling! Hopefully you find comfort and before you know it LO will be here and you will forget all about how uncomfortable you are now!!!

- best of luck to you!!!
