My wife is pretty much at the end of the second trimester and about to go into the third, she is having severe chest pains she is up crying all night, she has taken tylonol because that is all her ob/gyn has told her she can take for pain. We have no way to get a ride to the hospital nor can we afford an ambulance ride, our insurance wont cover it. Does anyone else know of a way to help make the pain subside at least till morning when we can get a ride to the hospital. Please anyone help.

I see you posted a couple days ago, and hopefully you have talked with her doctor or have been seen in the ER.

Please do not delay treatment when having severe chest pain, call 911.
