my left leg and ankle are really swollen.

not my right ... just the left. it doesnt hurt but the swelling is to the point it feels tight. like it could pop. lol. not funny tho. ive heard this could be a blood clot. whats the likely hood it is? is there anything else as a possibility? im 31 weeks and this is my 6th child. so im fairly experienced in pregnancy and all that it entails. yet this isnt a issue i remember encountering before.
