fluctuating blood pressure
Spartan_Mommy posted:
Has anyone else experienced fluctuating blood pressure? Mine has been spiking and dropping over the last few days and it is making me feel awful. The highest it has ever spiked is 146/90 and the lowest it has ever dropped in 116/58. I have no swelling and the protein tests continue to come back negative, even the 24 hour protein test.

My doctor is on vacation this week and his nurse said it could be due to dehydration. Over the last few weeks I have upped my water intake to around 80oz a day. It seems like all I am doing is drinking and going to the bathroom. By noon today I had drank almost 40oz of water and 16 oz of a Powerade (which the nurse told me to include in my daily intake) and I still feel badly.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this or how to deal with it?
