Is this Early labor? i Need advice

im 32 weeks pregnant, and yesterday after noon i felt really bad so i went to bed this morning at work im vomating and haveing dihrrea and some back pain. the back pain i have had all through my pregnacy. should i be concern. i went to the doctor two days ago and they told me she was very low in my pelvic area head first and ready to go she dropped more than last time. i need advice please.

The vomiting and diahrea could be from something totally unrelated to labor. It could be a slight case of food poisoning. If you're worried, call your doctor.
