I have a question maybe someone can answer it for me I am a diabetic and during my pregnancy my diabetes have gotten worse to the point where I am having to take insulin shots and I was wondering if I am taking insulin shots can I still breastfeed?

I believe you can. It is important to have a snack nearby though because your blood sugar level can drop after nursing.

My doctor told me that it is fine to breastfeed while taking insulin. She said that taking insulin will not affect the baby and that it is good for the mother to breastfeed after having GD.
