Hi Mommies: I have a question for those of you that have had more then 1 baby. My DR told me that bc of my GD he won't let me go past 39 week and if I don't go on my own before then, I will have to be induced. I was induced w/ DD #1 bc of high blood pressure but I was 40 W by then. By that time I was already dialating etc so inducing worked well for me and I was able to deliver vaginally w/o complications. I am just beginning to get anxious about this now when I think about being induced at only 39 W. What if Im not dialating or anything by that point? Doesn't inducing early increase the odds for a c-section?? Were any of you induced at 39 W??

Hey sweetie,
I actually have the same question!! I am being induced also a week before my due date due to being diabetic and i'm a little worried about it..does that mean i'll be in labor longer and is it safe.. i forget to ask my doctor everything when i'm there...maybe someone on here will know!!
