My son was born in January 2005, so it has been a while since I did the diabetic diet, but I do remember being very bored with the recipes that I had then. I would really love some new recipe ideas if anyone is willing to share them. Our only restriction is that we don't eat pork, but feel free to post a pork recipe if anyone else may be interested. I don't mind being hijacked for recipe sharing.

Although I was a diabetic before pregnancy, I don't really use any recipes. There are some individuals on the Diabetes support board that do though. You may want to check that out. It's also a lot more active.
