im 15 years old & my boyfriend is 17. i fainted the other day and i was rushed to the hospital to find out i was 1 month pregnant. idk what to do , im so against abortions . my boyfriend has a job that doesnt pay very much. my worries are day care? who will baby sit the baby while im in school? is there any benefits i can get because i am a teen mom? please help me

Hi, I;m lurking from the 2nd trimester community, but to answer your question, there are benefits that you should be able to get,..1st of all, you need to apply for Medicaid so that you can start your prenatal care, what about your parents, do they know? If not, you should consult with them since they are you guardians and will have to sign off on all of your paperwork anyways for any types of assistance such as medicaid and WIC...Also, you mentioned that your boyfriend works, is he still in school? You will also need to find a job as well, and he needs to let his family know...You guys are both very young and whatever decision that you both make together, just make sure its something that you both agree on and can live with...God bless
