Lurking from 2nd Tri boards: If you aren't sure, please go get checked by a doctor asap!!!! There could be physical evidence of a rape, and in the meantime, you should get tested for different stds and pregnancy as if you were just to be safe. I'm not sure the situation in which you were drugged, but if you know who did it, then you should also be calling the police so that another young woman doesn't end up in your same situation. I have been raped myself, and I know how petrified you can be after being violated like that, but for the sake of your own health, please at the very least see a doctor.
