Help with PsA

phere posted:
Hello. Just a little about myself. I am 30yrs old, male, husband and father of 2. I have had psoriasis since i was about 10yrs old. I used to have it on my elbows and knees. Then it kinda went away for a while. When i was a little older, i got it on my stomic, a big patch, and had it for about 2 years. It left a discoloration of skin where the patch was. Now, I have been having bad back pain, in my lower back, every single day. It has been going on for a year, I just hate seeing the doctor. I also have had the nail ridges before, and currently have a separation from the nail bed on my big toe. I also get tired for no reason sometimes. I am pretty sure it is PsA, but would like some input. Should i just go see a rheumatologist right away, or is there some other doctor i should see first. Thank you for your time.
