Most kids don't get enough...Do yours?

We're talking about physical activity. About three out of four children ages 5 to 10 get less than one hour daily, according to a new survey.

If tantrums count as physical activity, my 2 year old gets plenty

Both of my girls are in school now and have 2 recess periods. I make a point to "spy" on them and they both run around like crazy. I would say they get an hour a day if the weather is nice.
