Peanut butter "ghosts"

The Oreo Cookie balls reminded me of this very simple recipe. I first saw it when I was a teacher's aide in an elementary school. One child brought these in for a Halloween party. They were delicious!!

One package of Nabisco Nutter Butter cookies
One package of white chocolate 'bark'
Black frosting

Melt the white chocolate and dip the Nutter Butter cookies into the chocolate. Lay on wax paper to 'dry'. You can double dip them if you'd like. Then just decorate a scary ghost face on the top half of the dipped cookies to look like a ghost face.

Oops, I didn't finish my last post before submitting it. Anyways, my sister made something like this for Christmas also. She made a sandwich out of Ritz crackers and peanut butter then dipped them in white chocolate. They were great! You could put sprinkles etc. on them to look like Christmas bulbs
