1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon
Garlic Salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon
Onion Powder ? teaspoon Garlic Powder (I use more, but I always taste it before I add more just incase)
1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 cup Marsala wine
1+ cup chicken broth (normally I use more since I love the sauce)
DIRECTIONS 1. Mix flour, garlic salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
3. Use the rest of the oil in same skillet. Add mushrooms, Stir in wine, broth and spices. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for a few minutes.
Optional: Add a little bit of flour to thicken the sauce.
