    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

It might sound cliche, but so many couples I know fight because they don't actually say what they are thinking or feeling because they assume the other doesn't want to hear it. Once those lines of communication are open, so much can be accomplished productively in a relationship.

You are so right!!! So many divorces today, are caused by just that. No communication! Perhaps this subject should be taught in school? Many a war has been started due to a lack of communication. We, as human beings, need to master the art of communication!!!

    Thanks for posting this!!!

Totally agree. Remember folks (and I need to remind myself of this constantly as well) that a very important part of communication is being a good listener. Really focusing on what the other person is trying to communicate can help the other person feel more heard too. Now.... I'm off to practice that!
