Help! Hand cramps.

tiggrliz posted:
I have had RA for over ten years. I've been on many different medications and have been lucky so far. I am still able to function and to work. However, I have one very troubling problem. I get severe hand cramps out of the blue. Sometimes while I am working or carrying something which causes me to drop it. It is really freaking me out., Is there anything that can be done to prevent these?

Sorry, I have no related cramps, just joint pain, I would make sure you talk with your Dr. You would want to make sure this is the RA and not another issue. Hopefully some one with similar issues will respond.
