Is leg numbness a symptom?

Hello, I've had numbness in both of my lower calves, the inner parts only, for about a month. In recent years I'll also have periodic flares where my leg and arm muscles seem to get hot - exactly the same on both sides - and it feels like flu aches, but I only have it happen occasionally. Lastly, I suffer from itchy skin, particularly in the trunk and front of legs. I'm wondering about RA, MS or maybe diabetes. Just wondering if anyone here has numbness in both of their lower legs. Thanks!
