Young patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) may feel better after practicing yoga for just six weeks, a new study shows.

Do you practice yoga and have you noticed whether doing so has improved your RA symptoms?

If you've not tried it yet, ould you be willing to give it a try?

I've looked into it. What type of yoga? Like the exercise kind or relaxing kind?
