Hi everyone!
I was diagnosed with RA about a year ago and have gone downhill in a hurry. I run a retail plant nursery and can barely do my job anymore. I have to do a lot of handwriting as the computer system won't let me type my orders and inventory paperwork. Also pruning, unloading plants off trucks by hand, and being on my feet all day is taking its toll. Altering my work responsibilities is not an option. I'd like to stay in the horticulture business, but I can't think of any careers that will be more RA friendly. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Mamijen, I wonder if there is a way you can use your horticultural knowledge in landscape design. Of course, other people would have to do the planting, but you could do the designing.

So sorry you are hurting so much you have to consider giving up what you like doing.
