?feuding doctors?

I went to my internist this week for the first time since being diagnosed with RA this past July.He made it very obvious that he doesn't agree with decisions my female rheumy makes.None of the treatments or comments had anything to do with my case.I am now uncomfortable seeing him because I really like my rheumy and have complete faith in her. If the two of them have different opinions on how to treat me I guess I have no option but to find another internist.Any opinions for me??
