    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Hello,

I am an acupuncturist who has been involved with western and eastern healthcare especially immune related conditions for the last 15 years. I have seen a pattern in many people with autoimmune conditions like RA to have frequent colds and flus. Overactivity of the immune system in one area can lead to deficiencies in others. Good news is there are many ways to support the immune system especially through Chinese medicine, which has some of the best techniques I've found.

Also know that this winter has proven to be a difficult cold and flu season for many. I've seen several patients who have had stubborn reoccurring colds in the last couple of months. Make sure to stick with bland foods to nourish your system, like some of the winter squashes.

Helping people with chronic pain autoimmune conditions like RA is a passion of mine. I'm looking for people like yourself to interview to see what has worked for you, what hasn't, and perhaps see new opportunities for healing. I"m gathering information so I can see how I can best help more people. If you or anyone else you know is interested, feel free to call or email, 415-730-2454 info@goldenpointsf.com

    Be well,
    ~Rebecca Fettig L.Ac.
