Can anyone tell me if it is atypical symptom of RA to get chills at the first day or two of a flare? I get chills so bad I have to bundle up with layers and electric blanket.

I do get chills sometimes when I have a flare up, but I also know that I am, over all, more sensitive to cold than I was before RA.
