I believe I have this form of Psoriatic Arthritis, swollen left forefinger and a couple toes on both feet an sometimes my left ankle and knee are sore, looking for info on the net on this, I am being told I need to see a Rheumatoid Physician which I will do but just asking here to see if anyone has success with this issue?

Ok so I am being told that I need to do very moderate exercise to ease the soreness of the joints and walking, swimming and cycling would be best for this. What I'd like to know is, is there any way to reverse this condition or the symptoms of it?
