Had RA for 1year. I sometimes get this feeling of congestion in both ears (but they are not), and jaw joint pain, and this feeling of not being able to swollow( that's the best way I can think to describe it). Has anyone else experienced that?

I have had the same. In fact my right TMJ joint was very swollen for a week and severly damaged my ear. My left joint gets sore on occasion. This is something to watch carefully.
