I am recently diagnosed. Started Methotrexate 3 weeks ago; along with Prednisone, and Folic Acid 8oomcg.
Battled terrible nausea after taking Methotrexate; my Rheumy now has me take Leucovor the morning after I take the methotrexate, and it works!!

Hi Greerzie, I've heard the Leuvo. helps a lot. Also, you'll adjust to the mtx & maybe need less help to deal w/ it. If all else fails, there's injecting it to bypass the digestive system. Here is some info on that.
