I was diagnosed with RA a year ago and have been doing a few things on a regular basis to help: Daily gentle stretching first thing in the morning before I get out of bed. Parafin wax treatment on hands and feet. Using arch supports in shoes and wearing them most of the time. Wrist splints at night when I have tingling in my fingers. Thumb splints when by thumbs hurts. Exercising in the water. It seems to help.
